Notice Description
The London Borough of Newham is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a number of new-build properties. The new builds have a combination of air source heat pumps (ASHP) and mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) installed. It is essential that a programme of servicing is in place to ensure compliance with industry and manufacturer standards. The proposed contract is for a 3-year period with the option to extend for a further 2-years, (3+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance of the contract.
