        "description": "West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) and North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) are conducting an open tendering procedure to attract providers with the necessary skills and experience to deliver safe accommodation (refuge) and support services for victims and survivors of domestic abuse, as defined by the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. The services to be delivered under contract are: * Refuge accommodation, women's only refuge, men's only refuge, specialist drug and alcohol refuge and a specialist multi-cultural/diversity refuge across 47 units of accommodation; bed spaces. * Therapeutic group work with adult survivors; * Therapeutic group work with children and young people including play therapy; * Counselling service; * Children's and Young people's outreach support including a CHIDVA (Children's IDVA); * Floating support/outreach, community based; * Information and Advice - Helpline; * Awareness raising training * Housing IDVAs; * Sanctuary Scheme; * No recourse to public funds * By and for service to supporting diverse communities including harmful practices and training. The services will be delivered as a 3+1+1 year contract, commencing in April 2026.",

Click View Details on any opportunity to see more information. Click Express Interest to register your interest in the opportunity. 3. Drafting and Submitting a Response Go to Tenders > My Tenders. Click View Details for the relevant opportunity. Click Opt In to access the tender documents and questionnaires. Upload required documents using the Upload Document button. Complete any questionnaires by clicking View Questionnaire. Mandatory questions are marked with a red asterisk. Save your answers regularly and click Save Answers and Close when finished. 4. Submitting Your Return Once all documents and questionnaires are completed, click Submit Return. A confirmation message will appear with the submission date/time and included documents.
