The Health and Safety Property Management service is required for maintaining safety and compliance which has become more crucial in order to meet new safety requirements under the Building Safety Act 2023. It is essential to address compliance risks and protect tenants and residents.
Procurement Information
Due to the specific legislative timelines and safety standards mandated by the Building Safety Act 2023, transitioning to a new supplier at this stage is technically not feasible without a lapse in statutory compliance. Therefore, by reason of the regulation's strict safety requirements, this is the only provider capable of ensuring the Council remains legally compliant without introducing an unacceptable risk to resident safety.
