Summary of the contracting process

Adra (Tai) Cyf procured insurance and related services for risks across its organisation in the United Kingdom. Arthur J Gallagher Insurance Brokers Ltd won cyber for £34,401.54. Jensten Insurance Brokers Limited won terrorism excluding Pool Re for £33,460.74 and directors’ and officers’ insurance for £28,996.80. Each contract runs from 12 April 2026 to 11 April 2029, with an option to extend to 11 April 2031. The selective competitive flexible procedure used two stages, with pre-qualification based on capability, capacity, financial and economic standing and experience. Property risks were evaluated 60% price and 40% quality; the other awarded lots used 50% price and 50% quality.
