Specialist Cleaning, clearance, bulky waste removal and ad hoc services
Notice Description
IDS is seeking to appoint one contractor to carry out specialist cleaning, clearance of properties and communal areas and bulk waste removal to all estates and void works. There is also a need to carry out adhoc services and works will be issued through a purchase order.

Renewal: The contract may be extended for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. Any extension will be agreed in writing.
Planning Information
In order to gauge supplier interest and market capabilities, IDS wishes to speak with suppliers who can help shape the procurement strategy and specification to better reflect market realities. MS Teams meeting will be scheduled to discuss with suppliers who will like to speak with IDS on this project.
