The Provision of Window Cleaning and Associated Cleans for Caerphilly County Borough Council's Corporate Properties
Notice Description
Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) requires as part of their on-going program for improving service delivery, the Provision of Window Cleaning and associated cleans at approximately 80 properties. This figure is subject to vary alongside the Councils on-going asset management review. There may be a requirement for additional window cleaning and associated cleans at other establishments throughout the duration of this contract, the council shall reserve the right to discuss with the successful bidder the location and frequency of where the additional cleans will be required and a quotation for the cleans will be requested at that time.
Lot Information
LOT 1 - Bargoed
The Council has split the provision of window cleaning and associated cleans into 5 LOTs based on the geographical locations of the cleaning required. Please see the LOTS outlined below: * LOT 1 - Bargoed various sites shall be located under this lot full details shall be provided in the ITT
Renewal: Option to extend for a further two years (renewable either year on year or 24 months outright)
LOT 2 - Ystrad / Tir Y BirthThe Council has split the provision of window cleaning and associated cleans into 5 LOTs based on the geographical locations of the cleaning required. Please see the LOTS outlined below: * LOT 2 - Ystrad / Tir Y Birth various sites shall be located under this lot full details shall be provided in the ITT
Renewal: Option to extend for up to 2 years (renewable either year on year or outright)
LOT 3 - BlackwoodThe Council has split the provision of window cleaning and associated cleans into 5 LOTs based on the geographical locations of the cleaning required. Please see the LOTS outlined below: * LOT 3 - Blackwood various sites shall be located under this lot full details shall be provided in the ITT
