Description: All aspects of servicing, repair, and gas safety inspections to domestic gas appliances and systems. This includes LPG, Electric, solid fuel, and oil-fired appliances and systems, smoke alarms, CO detectors, TMVs, and various forms of renewable technologies.

Procedure Type: Direct award under framework agreement Legal Ground: Procurement Act 2023, Part 5 (Section 41 - Direct Award under Framework Agreement) Justification: The Authority intends to make a direct award to Sureserve Ltd under the Heating, Electrical, and Maintenance Services via Procurepublic Framework. This framework was competitively procured and permits direct award where; 1.) Continuation of existing service supplier and, 2.) Supplier ranked 1st on the framework - Sureserve are ranked 1st This route ensures lawful continuity of essential heating services while a service redesign and a strategy for the reprocurement of services are defined. * Permissible direct award via the Procurepublic Framework for a 2-year period (25th November 2025- 24th November 2027); With option to extend for a further year (12 months)
