NHSBT delivers large-scale donor communications to support recruitment and retention across blood, platelet, plasma, stem cell, and organ donation programmes. The scope may include: Print management, fulfilment, and mailing of donor communications Secure handling of personal data and GDPR compliance Postal management and performance reporting Support for digital and hybrid communication channels Sustainability, social value, and continuous improvement initiatives Suppliers are invited to complete a short capability questionnaire covering experience, service capacity, data handling, innovation, quality standards, and indicative cost models.
