Summary of the contracting process

NHS England commissioned a nationally coordinated but locally tailored applied learning and capability-development service for Integrated Care Boards and their system partners. The programme is intended to strengthen strategic commissioning capability, confidence and practical application. It is an education and training service, delivered across the United Kingdom.
