Notice Description
The Music Licence permits the Trust to lawfully play music which is subject to copyright, which may be heard by others. Appliances and occasions include TV's & Radio in Trust premises and at Trust events.
Procurement Information
PPL PRS is the only authorised body in the UK to issue a single joint licence for the public performance of recorded music. No other provider is legally able to grant a valid UK wide licence.
