Notice Description
London Borough of Waltham Forest ServiceStore is looking at engaging delivery Partners to help the Organisation deliver it's strategics objectives. This requires the selection of service Partners to support with the delivery requirements. Waltham Forest Services Ltd (WFSL) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to participate in a procurement process to deliver two distinct Lots as outlined in this specification. The objective is to secure expert partners who will contribute to the transformation and sustainability of our property portfolio, providing both innovative energy solutions and robust maintenance services over a three-year period with the option for additional two 12 months.

Retrofit & Energy Solutions
WFSL is seeking suppliers with demonstrable expertise in the design, supply, installation, and ongoing support for retrofit and energy solutions. This Lot will focus on the following core service areas: * Retrofit Works * Solar Installations: * Insulation: * Ventilation, glazing and draft measures * Heat Pumps: * Smart Meters:

Repairs & MaintenanceWFSL is seeking suppliers with demonstrable expertise in the design, supply, installation, and ongoing support for retrofit and energy solutions. This Lot will focus on the following core service areas: * Retrofit Works: Comprehensive assessment and upgrade of building fabrics and systems to enhance energy efficiency and meet or exceed current standards. * Solar Installations: Design and deployment of photovoltaic (PV) systems, including integration with existing infrastructure and ongoing performance monitoring. * Insulation. * Ventilation, glazing and draft measures * Heat Pumps * Smart Meters
