Lot Information
Lot 1
76 Properties in (predominantly) urban Yorkshire from Sheffield in the South through to Ripon in the North, but mainly in West Yorkshire.
Options: Ad-hoc grounds maintenance works or landscape gardening projects to improve the grounds at any given site.
Renewal: Provided the KPI's have been met, the contract has the option to extend, by mutual agreement, a maximum of twice, each time for 36 months.
Lot 22 properties very distant from the properties in Lot 1. These properties are in Settle and Ingleton on far west of North Yorkshire. Market engagement indicated that many contractors would be unable to service these and therefore if the contract was offered as a single lot they would not bid.
