Market Engagement Notice: Capital Works Framework 2027 South East Consortium (SEC) is conducting Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) ahead of the procurement for our Capital Works Framework and Repairs and Maintenance DPS . As part of this we will be holding the following events: - 10th December 2025 3pm - 4pm, Online Webinar, Existing suppliers under the current Internal and External Framework. - 14th January 2026 - 1pm-3pm, In person event, Existing suppliers (SME only event) - 21st January 2026 - 11am-1pm, Online Webinar, All suppliers.
