The organisation will need to ensure the built applications are both secure and robust within the operational environment, the components can be updated without affecting the clinical data in each registry application, and all programming code is maintained within a centralised code repository. It's important that the design and functionality translates into familiarity for the end users who interact with a number of other existing NICOR registries. It is expected the organisation will be able to demonstrate compliance with Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 in order to secure wider social, economic, and environmental benefits.
