Works involve roofing components, wall construction, insulation layers, damp-proofing measures, drainage, and associated building fabric repairs necessary to resolve the underlying defect. The contract is delivered under a JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractor's Design, with the design element primarily relating to the drainage solution and associated works.",
