This tender represents notable business growth opportunities, particularly for service providers experienced in community-focused youth engagement. Large enterprises and VCSE (Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises) with an emphasis on crime reduction and social support frameworks are well-suited to deliver such services. Given the specific quality and price evaluation criteria, businesses capable of delivering against high-quality benchmarks, whilst maintaining cost efficiency, are ideally positioned to succeed. Additionally, the possibility to expand the service across South Yorkshire could offer further growth potential and long-term collaboration with regional authorities.
