Summary of the contracting process

City & County of Swansea procured the design, supply and installation of two pontoons at Morfa Quay and New Cut Road in Swansea. This is a construction-led marine infrastructure project, with associated architectural, engineering and inspection services. The requirement is suitable for contractors able to deliver pontoon systems from design through physical installation, working with the council as the public-sector buyer. The delivery location is Swansea, Wales.
