                    "description": "1. The Contract was modified due to unforeseen circumstances during the Covid-19 pandemic under Regulation 72(1)(c). The modifications did not alter the overall nature of the Contract. <br/>2. There has been additional spend due to the unexpected volume of BAU services that became necessary and was not anticipated in the original Contract value under Regulation 72(1)(b).
