Notice Description

Cambridgeshire County Council is setting up access for 4 Analysts (both Public Health Intelligence and Adult Social Care) to our population's linked health, care and wider determinants anonymised patient level data held in the DSCRO environment for the first time. We want to use this linked data effectively to produce robust analysis on the patterns, risks and drivers of poor health and health inequalities within our population. We require a provider that can deliver both actionable insight that drives improvement work and tackles inequalities in health, and also upskill the capabilities of our PHI Analysts to embed Population Health Management (PHM) approaches in our work. Note: it is essential that providers have a DSCRO environment connection in place at the time of application.
