INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) for the provision of Professional consultancy services to manage delivery of Herefordshire Council's school building maintenance programme
Notice Description
The Council seeks to appoint a multi-disciplinary service provider to plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of its planned maintenance programme for local authority-maintained schools, plus any emergency works. Services must include: * Architect/designer lead consultant * Quantity surveyor * Structural engineer * M&E services designer All team members must be chartered through an accredited body (e.g., CIOB or RICS). The contract will follow JCT Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2024.
