The University of Exeter is seeking one or more experienced training providers to deliver a comprehensive suite of leadership and management development programmes under the "Exeter Leader" pipeline. This initiative supports leadership capability across all levels of the organisation, from aspiring managers to experienced strategic leaders, with an aim to: * Build a consistent leadership culture aligned with University values. * Support succession planning and talent development. * Provide flexible, inclusive, and evidence-based learning experiences. * Enable personalised development through PDPs, personalised pathways through modules and peer coaching/mentoring opportunities.
