Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited is establishing a multi-supplier fire compliance framework for services and works across its housing stock in the United Kingdom. Fire Door Inspections was awarded to Element Passive Fire Protection, Neo Property Solutions and Axion Consultancy for £2,240,000 excluding VAT (£2,688,000 including VAT). Active Fire was awarded to Fieldway Supplies and McIntyre Compliance Services for £6,400,000 excluding VAT (£7,680,000 including VAT). Access Control was awarded to ABCA Systems, Fieldway Supplies and McIntyre Compliance Services for £1,600,000 excluding VAT (£1,920,000 including VAT). Each framework is scheduled for 5 October 2026 to 30 September 2030, with possible extension to 30 September 2034. Price counted for 60% and quality for 40%.
