Notice Description
The contract is for the provision of grounds maintenance services across sites operated by Minerva Learning Trust. The services include routine and reactive grounds maintenance to maintain safe and well-presented external environments. The contract has been awarded following a further competition conducted under the Crescent Purchasing Consortium Grounds Maintenance Services Framework, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The procurement relates to the provision of grounds maintenance services across multiple sites operated by Minerva Learning Trust. The services comprise routine and reactive grounds maintenance activities, including but not limited to grass cutting, hedge and bush maintenance, shrub bed maintenance, hard surfaces and associated seasonal works required to maintain safe and well-presented external environments. Services are to be delivered to defined performance standards, frequencies, and site-specific schedules, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained external environments across the Trust. The contract has been awarded following a further competition under the Crescent Purchasing Consortium Grounds Maintenance Services Framework, in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Options: The contract includes an option for the contracting authority to extend the term by up to two further periods of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory performance and the agreement of both parties. Any extension will be exercised at the sole discretion of the contracting authority and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original contract and framework agreement.
