Notice Description
This notice is to notify the market of an award of contract to UKG Techology Ltd for UKG Telestaff Cloud, an automated scheduling system to manage shift scheduling and provide notifications of shift availability to Firefighters. The Authority implemented UKG Telestaff in 2023 and now has a requirement to renew the contract. The contract is for a 3 year period commencing 20 February 2026.
Procurement Information
The Authority implemented UKG's Time & Attendance SaaS including Telestaff Cloud in 2023. This contract is a renewal of the 2023 contract and (a)a change in supplier would result in the Authority receiving services that are different from, or incompatible with, the existing services and (b)the difference or incompatibility would result in disproportionate technical difficulties in operation or maintenance.
