To provide catering services to the David Ross Education Trust, based in 34 schools spanning North Yorkshire, East Riding, North East Lincolnshire, the East Midlands and London.
Lot Information
Lot 1 David Ross Education Trust Tender for Catering Services - N.Yorks and Lincolnshire
Lot 1 - The Trust are seeking a contractor to provide catering services for 15 of their schools based in North Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. This consists of 6 secondary schools and 9 primary schools. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years commencing 1st September 2026 with an option to extend for a further one plus one years, which will be measured on the achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), from Day One of the contract. Please note this contract is being tendered in 3 Lots.
Renewal: Maximum 2 extensions of 12 months per extension.
Lot 2 - The David Ross Education Trust - Leicestershire and NorthamptonshireLot 2 - The Trust are seeking a contractor to provide catering services for 17 of their schools based in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire This consists of 3 secondary schools and 14 primary schools. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years commencing 1st September 2026 with an option to extend for a further one plus one years, which will be measured on the achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), from Day One of the contract. Please note this contract is being tendered in 3 Lots.
Renewal: Maximum 2 extensions of 12 months per extension.
Lot 3 - The David Ross Education Trust - LondonLot 3 - The Trust are seeking a contractor to provide catering services for 2 of their schools based in London. This consists of 1 secondary school and 1 primary school (classed as a 'though' school but on 2 different sites). The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years commencing 1st September 2026 with an option to extend for a further one plus one years, which will be measured on the achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), from Day One of the contract. Please note this contract is being tendered in 3 Lots.
Renewal: Maximum 2 extensions of 12 months per extension.
