Contracts generally run from 8 May 2026 to 31 July 2029, with an optional year extension to 31 July 2030; refrigeration starts 8 June 2026 and the replacement electrical contract starts 1 September 2026. The original electrical contract, worth £202,620, was terminated by mutual agreement on 17 July 2026. Evaluation was price 50%, quality 30%, environmental and sustainability 10%, and added value 10%.
