Notice Description
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority invites tenders from Contractors for the roof replacement at Springfield Marina, Spring Hill, London, E5 9BL. The marina building serves as both a workshop and office facility. The works consist of the replacement of the existing profiled asbestos cement roof panels and wall cladding with insulated profiled sheet panels, replacement of the rainwater goods to north and south elevation, installation of a new photovoltaic cells and canopy system adjacent to the workshop entrance.
