Summary of the contracting process

The Welsh Government commissioned a national education and training service for the Seren Academy. Seren is committed to a learner-centred approach, providing our brightest learners with a comprehensive hybrid programme designed to foster super-curricular engagement and cultivate independent thought, as well as the critical thinking and problem-solving skills, essential for their future success.The programme provides extra-curricular activities for the four areas of learning: Humanities, Literacy, Languages and Communication, Mathematics and Numeracy, Science and Technology for our pre 16 learners with the addition of social sciences for post 16. The client aims to appoint a delivery contractor to employ the delivery team and deliver a hybrid programme of information and guidance and academic challenge for our Seren learners.
