This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in training services, particularly those with experience in developing bespoke training modules in practical cleaning skills, health and safety, and infection control. The programme aims to enhance the skill set of estate caretakers, neighbourhood caretakers, and housing officers, which implies a requirement for expertise in vocational training methods. Suppliers can strengthen their portfolio and establish a foothold in public sector projects through this contract. Companies offering comprehensive training solutions that can be delivered flexibly across various locations in Birmingham will be particularly competitive, as the programme requires day-release training spread over multiple weeks to accommodate the workforce's operational needs.
