Purchase Orders for call out to investigate breakdown and subsequent repair of x-ray tube for GE Revolution CT Scanner situated at Princess Royal Hospital. Purchase order for repair covers 12 month pro-rata warranty for the tube.

CT scanner hard down at acute care hospital. The service requires a new tube (not refurbished) and the OEM can supply and install a new tube in the shortest lead time.
