The Hub is intended as a flexible, multiuse facility supporting community groups, wellbeing activities, small events, family programmes and general local services. This preliminary market engagement notice provides potential suppliers of an upcoming tender by Shaftesbury Town Council. The tender would be a below-threshold Open Procedure (single-stage) tender for the new Mampitts Community Hub. The contract will be a JCT intermediate contract with Contractor Design Portion applicable in respect of some elements.
