Planning Information

Leicester City Council ('the Council') would like to seek views and engagement from the market regarding this provision. This project would be for the following: Reinstatement of the fire-damaged section of the building and facility, to provide a fully functional vehicle workshop for the repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles, plant, machinery and the introduction of 4 numbers of MOT bays and Taxi testing centre (comply with Class 7), fleet vehicles including HGVs and privately owned vehicles. The supplier will work in conjunction with the council's internal contractor to deliver this project. The proposed contract will be for 12 months. At this stage, it is a Pre-Market Engagement only and Not A CALL FOR COMPETITION.
