Notice Description
Wigan Council requires the provision of ice-cream services to visitors to Haigh Woodland Park in Wigan. This is by way of mobile ice cream unit(s) (non-static) owned and funded at the Operator's expense (the Concession). Wigan Council proposes to offer a concession contract for an initial period of 2 years, with a possible further extension of 12 months. Interested bidders should refer to the Specification document as part of the tender pack which contains the scope of requirements for this concession opportunity. The deadline for the submission of final tenders is Wednesday 4th March 2026 at 5pm.
