Derbyshire County Council is procuring a countywide Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme. The provider will arrange high-quality holiday activities and food for eligible children and young people, supporting physical health, mental wellbeing, personal development and social inclusion. The service is intended to improve outcomes for children, young people and families, reduce inequalities and ensure fair access across Derbyshire. The Council is seeking a provider that can demonstrate strong programme leadership, effective partnership working, robust governance and continuous improvement, ensuring the programme remains responsive to local need whilst delivering measurable outcomes, social value and value for money throughout the contract term.
