The Authority has identified the following technical requirements as \"Essential Elements\" as stipulated below: * All staff involved in school engagement must hold an enhanced DBS check. The Supplier is responsible for ensuring compliance and providing evidence prior to commencement of work. * The Supplier shall, upon request, make available to schools / the Council evidence in relation to the vetting and barring checks undertaken for individual pupil's instructors."
