Together Housing Association Limited Repair and Maintenance Services
Notice Description
Together Housing Association Limited (THA) are seeking to engage with suppliers in connection with a potential provision of a multi-trade, responsive Repairs and Maintenance Service(s). THA wish to expand our understanding of the market, available solutions and explore the functionality of solutions across our geographic coverage. It would also be beneficial to understand how any associated costs are managed or delivered to similar Contracts. Together Housing Association Ltd is a charitable housing association registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Societies Act 2014 and is the parent company to a number of subsidiaries. The main subsidiary being Together Housing Association Ltd (THA), which is where the social housing stock is owned and managed. THA manages over 38,000 properties, providing a comprehensive range of support services which affect over 80,000 people's lives over a huge geographical area in the North of England. Employing approximately 1,500 staff, the Group's corporate vision is to be 'The best landlord we can be. For further information please visit www.togetherhousing.co.uk. Interested suppliers should email: thgprocurementeoi@togetherhousing.co.uk Please reference "THA Repairs and Maintenance Services" to express your interest in this market engagement process and to receive a copy of the questionnaire for completion. The deadline date for return of the questionnaire is 02nd March 2026. Completed questionnaires are to be then returned / submitted to thgprocurementeoi@togetherhousing.co.uk before 10am on the 02nd March 2026.
