Notice Description
We are responding to a sector-wide demand for high-quality assessment and feedback solutions that support effective, secure, and learner-centred assessment practices. We are considering the creation of a compliant procurement framework and are seeking to engage with suppliers in the proposed solution areas ("lots"), which are intended to cover the full digital assessment lifecycle. Lot 1: Digital Assessment Platforms End-to-end digital assessment solutions that support assessment design, delivery, marking, moderation, analytics, and feedback. Lot 2: Originality and Academic Integrity Tools Tools that support plagiarism detection, text similarity checking, and broader academic integrity workflows. Lot 3: Secure Assessment Delivery Lockdown browsers and secure testing environments that restrict device and system access during assessments. Lot 4: Online Proctoring Solutions Live, recorded, or AI-enabled proctoring services that support secure remote and hybrid assessment delivery. Lot 5: Learner-Centred ePortfolio Solutions Directly purchasable ePortfolio systems that enable learners to collect, reflect on, and present evidence of learning, with integrated assessment and feedback functionality. Lot 6: Assessment Integrations and Add-On Tools Specialist tools that integrate with digital assessment or examination platforms included on the framework. These may be supplied by third-party providers rather than the core platform vendor, allowing members to procure complementary solutions alongside a larger system.
