Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust procured catering services for six education sites: Brantridge School, Carew Academy, Dysart School, Link Schools (primary and secondary), St Philip’s School and Unified Academy. Evaluation weighted price at 55%, Trust requirements and quality at 25%, tasting quality at 10%, and sustainability and social value at 10%. Three bids were received for each lot. Contracts were signed on 14 or 20 July 2026.

This award demonstrates recurring demand for outsourced catering across a specialist education trust, with requirements capable of being split by individual school or delivered across several sites. A credible future supplier would need operational capacity for school catering, reliable mobilisation across multiple academies, and the ability to meet the Trust’s stated service and quality requirements.
