Gamban is a smartphone-based self-exclusion tool, currently available free to users in Wales via the National Gambling Helpline, GAMSTOP and other treatment providers. There is also an option for individuals to self fund independently of these platforms. Welsh Government has committed to ensuring continuity of access for all current users from 1st April 2026, when GambleAware ceases operations. The proposed contract is interim, for one year with an option to extend for a further year.
