Lot 1

Options: This contract is for a series of reinstatement valuations to run in a 3 yearly cycle beginning in March 2026 in time for our insurance renewal. The subsequent valuations will be at dates to be agreed but on the basis of every 3 years. The Council reserves the right to extend this contract as necessary to achieve the objective up to a total of a 9 year term. Therefore the initial contract will be for 3 years with the option extend every 3 years for a further 3 year term up to the 9 year limit. Due to Local Government Reform and the changes that may occur the council reserve the right to alter the scope of the work required.
