Gateshead Council has a requirement for Servicing, Maintenance, and Repair of Air Conditioning Units to be undertaken in various Establishments across the Borough of Gateshead. The contract will include reactive maintenance (call out) facility as well as servicing. It will be 24 months, commencing 1st April 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.

Procurement Information

In accordance with Regulation 108(1)(b) and 108(2) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the Contracting Authority is publishing details of the Call off contract procured using Gateshead Council's DPS For Construction Contractors and Sub-Contractors. As the Contracting Authority is procuring under this DPS there has been no requirement to publish the opportunity prior to award.
