Notice Description
Perspective subscription that allows access to decades of pensions related materials plus a regular news alert service that assists with horizon scanning.
Procurement Information
Pendragon is the only supplier in the market at the time of procurement that is able to offer such product. This subscription focuses purely on UK pensions industry by providing materials such as pension legislation, statutory instruments, regulatory materials, case law, news, Pensions Ombudsman determinations, and EU materials. A single supplier direct award justification is relied upon under para 6 of schedule 5 of the Procurement Act 2023. For the reasons set out above, due to an absence of competition for technical reasons only Pendragon can supply the service and there are no reasonable alternatives to those services. There is considered to be a low risk of a successful challenge and given the market there is also a low risk of any such challenge in fact materialising.
