SFG20 is the industry standard for building maintenance, providing comprehensive, continuously updated maintenance schedules that reflect current legislation and health and safety requirements. It is the adopted standard across the Defra estate. By utilising SFG20's library of over 2,000 schedules, Defra can ensure that all maintenance activities, job plans, and resource allocations are appropriate, compliant, and delivered efficiently.
