This direct award is made under Schedule 5, paragraph 7 of the Procurement Act 2023, allowing continuation of the Council's existing Respond case - management system. The system supports the logging and management of statutory and social care complaints across multiple services, and changing supplier would cause technical incompatibilities and disrupt essential complaint - handling functions.
