Surgical exposure of unerupted teeth. Management of supernumerary teeth. Service Aims As part of a Oral Surgery clinical team, provide clinical triage for all referrals, via the all Wales electronic Referral Management Service (e-REM) to ensure patients are managed in accordance with the most appropriate dental care pathway & identify any inappropriate referrals from Primary Care Performers. Data will be shared with all stakeholders. Undertake a Clinical Assessment of referrals in order to ensure signposting to appropriate services. Deliver Oral Surgical services for Hywel Dda University Health Board residents (16 yrs and over). Offer patient choice of accessible treatment centres. Offer an appropriate skill mix for dealing with minor oral surgery procedures under Local Anaesthetic (LA) and/or conscious sedation. Enhance positive working relationships between the Providers, the Health Board and Hospital Dental Services.",
