Notice Title
Urgent Community & 24-hour Response Service
Notice Description
Procurement for an integrated countywide Urgent Community Response (UCR) and 24hr Response service for Nottinghamshire County Council. The service will combine rapid home-based care (to respond to urgent need and help people remain safe and well at home) with an out-of-hours assistive technology response service for registered clients. The procurement is intended to secure a single provider model with a hybrid payment approach (part block / part activity-based) to support service capacity, responsiveness and delivery across the county.
Planning Information
Nottinghamshire County Council is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement in relation to a proposed integrated countywide Urgent Community Response and 24hr Response service. This is not a call for competition and participation will not confer any advantage in any future procurement process. Providers can access the engagement documents (questionnaire, draft spec, and engagement slides) and submit feedback via the Council's e-tendering portal using the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=431f2f42-5715-f111-813c-005056b64545&fromRfxSummary=True&rfxId=ab31bb01-4313-f111-813c-005056b64545 A virtual drop-in session will be held on 10 March 2026, 2pm-3:30pm via Microsoft Teams using the link: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/33956690664788?p=jMz51S9Zad4sIVks0F
