Notice Description

IDS seeks to appoint a single scaffolding contractor to provide safe, compliant, and responsive scaffolding and temporary access services across its residential property portfolio. The scope includes design (where TG20 compliance is not applicable), erection, hire, inspection, adaptation, dismantling, and related protection measures for planned works, responsive repairs, emergency make-safe activity, and minor ad-hoc roofing/gutter repairs delivered by the appointed contractor's operatives. Services must comply with TG20:21, BS EN 12811, and the Work at Height Regulations, and be delivered within occupied residential environments with robust resident protection, customer care, and performance reporting.
