Businesses with expertise in providing shelter and support services for rough sleepers, as well as those adept in facilitating access to homelessness and health services, would be well-suited to participate. As Wakefield Council transitions from the current contract ending 30th September 2026, providers can leverage local engagement to establish service offerings under a new framework, potentially expanding their footprint within the region.
