Consultancy services to design, develop and implement a software system to perform pension fund analysis, reporting and order management capabilities.
Procurement Information
LCIV intends to award the bridging contract directly under section 41 of the Procurement Act 2023 on the basis that a Schedule 5 single supplier justification applies Rationale and Evidence (Single Supplier) The evidence that only Mirador Solutions Limited can deliver within the bridging window includes: Continuity of technical knowledge of the FARO codebase, architecture, environments and deployment pipeline. Disproportionate time, cost and delivery risk associated with onboarding a new supplier mid-delivery and transferring partially complete artefacts. The requirement is strictly time-critical to avoid delivery slippage and service disruption. The delivery timeline has been set by HM Government.
