The London Borough of Hillingdon procured borough-wide tree maintenance services for council-owned trees across parks and open spaces, woodlands, housing estates, tenants’ gardens, highways and social services establishments in Hillingdon. This Preliminary Market Engagement ('PME') Notice is being published in advance of a future procurement and contract for a Borough wide routine and reactive Tree Maintenance Service on behalf of the London Borough of Hillingdon ('the Council'). Interested bidders are asked to email Hillingdon at, Procurement@Hillingdon.gov.uk to request a copy of a questionnaire to complete and to return to the same email address Please use the reference 'Tree Maintenance - UK2: Preliminary market engagement Notice' when requesting and submitting the questionnaire. Completed questionnaires are to be returned no later than 17:00pm, Friday 20th March 2026. Following are a review of the completed questionnaire, supplier meetings may take place.
